Trying to begin a healthy and active lifestyle but not sure where to start? Perhaps you failed a few times and got sucked back into your old habits. An important aspect that’s usually missing is the mental side to changing behavior, as well as how we fuel our body. It’s never easy to change habits, especially when confidence is low, or without the proper support. With this program we’ll explore your health and wellness goals, and create a personalized program that will set you up for success both mentally and physically. With 3 private training sessions a week at UNI Training gym, monthly mental performance coaching sessions,  and 4 Nutrition sessions with our specialist Laura Cousineau, you’ll be sure to not only work on your squats and abs, but also your confidence, focus, and discipline.
